Country Club Soaps Review & GIVEAWAY......

Wow where do i start with this amazing review. Judy from country club soaps is a wonderful, sweet person so you know your customer service experience will be nothing but professional. She sent me so many products to review i was in pure haven so lets get started.

Up first was the oatmeal milk & honey lotion made with goats milk. The smell is a very neutral smell and its not to strong. It absorbed great on my oily skin and even felt like silk. The after feel is not greasy or oily at all in fact its more like a powder. I love this lotion and she also offers it in other fragrances if om&h isn't your thing.
Next up i found the candle in my box of yumminess. It immediately filled the room with "coffee cake & spice". The only thing i was not excited about is it produced a lot of black smoke and the wick mushrooms so just keep an eye on it and trim the wick often.
My favorite thing of all was the variety of bath bombs she sent me. I could smell these through the box and couldn't wait for all the soothing bath ahead of me. I got: starfruit & mango, peach magnolia raspberry, hardwood musk, cactus & sea salt, and stress relief. It would be so hard to pick a fav so my top 3 are hardwood musk, peach magnolia raspberry & stress relief. She also sent a few of here mini bath bombs and they were just as lovely as the full size. These are packed with skin loving oils and butters. I could feel silk on my skin as soon as i stepped in. It didn't leave my tub oily or dangerously slick and no ring around the tub. The rinse clean and still leave your skin touchably soft. Your seriously gonna keep touching your skin.
Last but not least i got some really cute peep soap. I broke this in half so each of my kids could have one and they were soooo happy. It smells sweet and perfect for kids and the glitter was a perfect touch.
So all in all i can honestly say you wont go wrong with any thing you purchase from this shop. They really know what your skin needs and the deliver it 100%. I could go on and on about all the cute, unique and wonderful items they have but here are just a few i have my eye on:

SoAppealing Review

http://www.etsy.com/shop/SoAppealingHello its Robyn back in action. My computers both crashed on me only to find out it was a router issue so I'm back up and running and i just want to say i missed you guys so much. I love my position here at 3G and our readers are the BEST.

Anyway now its time to get down to the reviews. I purchased some eyeshadow samples from SoAppealing on etsy. I thought it would be fun to just give them my skin/hair/eye color and let them surprise me. I got 2 collections. The first one is "Character & Charisma". It contains a vibrant blue, grassy green, and a brownish red (mauve). I love the blue and the green the mauve is nice in the crease as a accent color but not as a lid color on my fair skin. But all 3 colors were great and i loved playing with them.

The next collection i got was "Beautifully Basic" and it really is beautiful. I love love love these 3 colors. together or separate you cant lose. They work wonderful on my skin tone and i really think they will work for everyone. I'm down to the last few minerals in my sample bags and i definitely have to get more. These are my go to everyday colors.
The shipping is very fast and the customer service is wonderful. You get 3 samples for about $1.65 shipped so that was very reasonable. They do come in little baggies and those of you that have been following my make up reviews know how i feel about them but aside from that i love them in every way.
Please take a few minutes to stop by SoAppealing and let them know 3G sent you. While you are there check out some of their other unique items such as bath teas, oils, and salts.

Good:You get a generous amount as a sample, great customer service, nicely pigmented, great silky texture, fast cheap shipping, affordable.

Bad: samples come in baggies but we all know that's to save on shipping so its not so bad :)

GIVEAWAY!!! Black Rose Bath

When I came home from the park, our entire hallway/stair area smelled of pure greatness! I saw a package sitting at my door step and of course was excited to open it. Black Rose Bath sent me a sampler pack of lots of their items!

I fell in love with the organic sugar scrub, pink grapefruit and mango body scrub, and the lemon verbena soy candle. The shea butter soap is my 6 year old daughter's favorite. She said it is soft on her skin. She has some sensory issues, so when she loves something there is no talking her out of it. :)

And while I didn't love the scent, the aromatherapy relaxation bar has a very unique look to it. It is all personal preference. The product itself is great. I prefer fruity scents (like the lemon verbena, yum!), not perfumed scents. If you like stronger scents, I'd try the aromatherapy relaxation bar (pictured below). If you like more natural scents, the plumeria glycerin soap is perfect.

Aromatherapy Relaxation Glycerin Exfoliating Soap- 4oz Bars-Cruelty Free and Eco Friendly

If you are looking for a great soy candle, I definitely recommend this shop. I have my eye on the dark chocolate one. If you are looking for a pretty soap for the guest bathroom, try the aromatherapy and relaxation soap, or the lavender aloe vera bar. If you are addicted to soy melts like I am, try the aromatherapy soy melts.

Aromatherapy Relaxation Soy Melts

Good: The prices are very fair, as is shipping. They even have a $1 soap section!

Bad: Some of the scents are very strong, so you might want to ask her before ordering if you are sensitive to certain ones.

CTNaturalSoapworks Twilight Body Butter & Giveaway

I'm so excited i got to review this natural body butter in the Twilight scent. It smells AMAZING. The scent is not to overpowering and its great for men and woman. It has definite staying power and the butter its self is very rich and moisturizing. I didn't have to spend half the day reapplying every time i walked by the jar even though i wanted to just cause it smells so delish. I would describe the scent as a warm kinda earthy sexy man but there are some powder notes that make it great for girls to. The twilight body butter also has the perfect amount of shimmer to go along with the theme.

Sabrina and her husband Ernie manage their own sunflower farm and in 1999 they decided to start a soap making business with the emphasis on all natural. They use sunflower oil in their products to promote healthy skin. They were sweet enough to also send me a lip balm made from their own honey. Its rare to find a bath & body company that really knows the many different oils and their benefit to the skin. And let me just say you can not ask for better customer service. Your items will arrive fast and are wrapped professionally.

PRO: Made from natural ingredients, great for your skin, smells wonderful, heavily moisturizes.

CONS: The glitter is a nice touch but its hard to get off your palms even after washing many times its still there and that means it could get places you may not want it. Does have a tiny bit of a waxy feel.

OVERALL: Great company, the nicest owner, and a good natural product. A little goes a long long way and did i say it smells great :)

CTNaturalSoapworks has been generous enough to offer a bar of their TWILIGHT soap for our giveaway. This giveaway will end on 3/22/11 at 9PM CST.

Dee's Country Candles: Sadie's Review

Dee's Country Candles sent lots of things for us to review, so I enlisted the help of my kids, girlfriend, and neighbor! Prices are great -- this warmer is only $8!

Body Frosting: We tried Hawaiian Ginger and Crab Apple. The Hawaiian Ginger was great. Crab Apple, not so much! But if you like apple, you may like it. :)

Candles: We tried New Moon. Dee's candle was great! No black smoke, like many soy candles. The scent was "New Moon" but it smells more like fresh laundry. Nice, clean scent.

Tarts: We tried the French Strawberry, Red Sedona and Clothesline Fresh scents. The Red Sedona was a unique smell. Clothesline fresh smelled just perfect. None of us liked the French Strawberry, at all.

Bath Bombs: Black Raspberry Vanilla and Love Spell - we enjoyed them both. The kids thought they were great and said they were super fizzy! I don't see them on her website, so I'm not sure about the price.

Good: Prices seem middle of the road, and she charges actual shipping which is nice. Nobody likes being overcharged for shipping! Everything was nicely packaged, organized, and professional looking. I could tell she spent a lot of time on making the products.

Bad: Some of the scents seemed way off (like the French Strawberry).

Fan her on Facebook and let her know you saw her over at 3 Girls Reviews!

Prarie Grass Sundries: Sadie's Review

Prairie Grass Sundries says this on her Etsy page: I sell a variety of bar soaps, castile being my specialty. I also sell shredded soap, for those who like to make their own products, and my specially formulated all-natural laundry soap. Everything is made by me personally in small batches in my country kitchen. Each bar of soap is hand cut and unique. All of my products contain only natural ingredients.

I tried the Bees Knees and Stress Relief Soaps. They both have unique smells and they lather, unlike most home-made soaps I've tried. The Stress Relief soap is great, but I'll be honest: It's gonna take a whole lot more than some soap to relieve my stress! :) But it was fun to try, nonetheless. The Bees Knees soap, well, I'm in love with it. So are the kids. It has a texture and consistency like I've never seen before and it lathers up quite nicely!

Next, I want to try the laundry bar stain stick, and I can't wait for her to start selling the Facial Mask Collection & Goat's Milk Castile. Maybe she will be nice enough to send me some for another review? :)

The Good: The soaps are honestly amazing. I'm very picky when it comes to soaps, body bars, etc but I like these a lot. The kids like them, too, which is always a plus. The Bees Knees soap is very eye-catching. The company always notices it. .

The Bad: The scent of the Bees Knees soap is a bit.. different. It's something that took some getting used to. Also when these soaps were shipped to me, they were wrapped together instead of separately so it took a little bit for each to get its own smell back. I emailed the creator about this problem and she graciously accepted my criticism and said she would start wrapping them separately from now on. A++ for customer service, for sure.

Pricing: At about $5 per bar, I would say her prices are average

Buy It: Here and let her know you saw her over at 3 Girls Reviews!
